Barranquilla was the host city for the 2024 FITAC International Congress, held from December 2 to 4, where over 1,000 experts and leaders from the logistics and foreign trade sectors gathered.
Over the course of three days, the event offered conferences, panels, and networking spaces focused on key topics such as digitalization, sustainability, and innovation in logistics. FITAC 2024 established itself as a unique platform for knowledge exchange and the generation of strategic partnerships, exploring technological solutions that are transforming supply chains and international transport.
The city reaffirmed its role as a leading hub for foreign trade, thanks to its strategic location and constantly growing infrastructure. Among the notable attendees were Laura Costantini, Commercial Manager, and Solange Pérez, Business Development Executive at Assekuransa, who shared their vision on the future of the sector.
Barranquilla continues to strengthen its position as a key driver for the development of international trade in Colombia and the Caribbean region.
