While in transit, containers are exposed to countless risks, from accidents to the means of transport, collisions with structures, and mishandling during loading and unloading, to theft or robbery in the increasingly unsafe roads in the region. When a shipping company delivers a container for the carriage of goods, it usually does so to a freight forwarder on behalf of the owner of the goods, and the freight forwarder undertakes to return it in the same conditions in which it was delivered.
This is why we offer our Container Insurance, with annual or per-event coverage, to protect your assets from claims by shipping companies in the event of any loss of or damage to the container, from pickup at the port of origin until returned empty, regardless of the duration of the trip.
